The 7-Day Intensive Stunt Course is an all-inclusive program designed to cover the fundamental skills needed for a career in stunts.
This course includes seven specialized workshops, including Fight for Camera, High Falls, Wire Work, Fire Burns, Tactical Training, Water Stunts, and Horse Handling. Open to all overseas stunt performers, this program is delivered by New Zealand’s top stunt professionals and Coordinator from the NZ Stunt Guild.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a competency reference, which serves as a valuable credential to pursue a professional stunt career in the industry. The hands-on training and expert guidance ensure that each participant gains practical experience and a strong foundation in stunt performance.
This 1-day workshop teaches essential basics as Action Extra for film sets:
– Action Extra Onset etiquette
– Action Acting
– Basic Fights
– Falls and Sells
– Basic Weaponry.
Completing the Action Extra workshop grants you to join our agency (NZ Action Talent)
This 2-days workshop teaches essential basic stunts for film sets:
– Stunt Onset Etiquette
– Rolls
– Falls
– Weapons
– Combat
– Camera angles, and choreography.
Completing the “Fight for Camera” workshop grants you full membership at NZSS and join the agency (NZSS)
As a member, you can join our stunt training days and specialized workshops alongside existing student
Our Kids Stunt workshop is great to get your young ones up and active in a fun and safe environment.
We’ll cover a range of stunts from fighting and weapon work to horses and more!
3-day stunt horse camp is great opportunity to learn horse wrangling basics, horse stunt and tricks.
Accessible for all riding levels.
